Hog Roast Howth likes to bring the best to a birthday buffet!

Hog Roast Howth’s latest Client was none other than 35th birthday girl Keira. Keira got in contact with the team about her birthday party as soon as she had fixed the venue, the 20 party guests were to be treated to a night of music and dancing at a private summerhouse and surrounding parkland.

Hog Roast HowthClient Keira worked with the Hog Roast Howth team to put together a catering package that fell within her budget and met her catering dreams. As a part of this catering package the Hog Roast Howth team would not only make the buffet, but would also provide disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use. Then, after the buffet had been enjoyed the rubbish and waste from the food it would be taken away from site and disposed of responsibly.

Chef Roy arrived at the pretty venue several hours before the 7pm serving time. This meant that he had plenty of time to set up the catering gazebo and lights and all the cooking equipment. The experienced and friendly chef then got on with preparing all the dishes that birthday girl Keira had selected for her and her guests to enjoy at her party.

The celebration was in full swing when Client Keira led the guests to the buffet serving table to enjoy the spread that had been put together by Chef Roy. There was a whole host of tasty dishes on offer.

Guests could pick between a Classic Hog Roast, which was served with crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. Or if that wasn’t to their tastes, there was also platters of BBQ pulled jackfruit, grilled vegetable wraps and grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps. There was also three thoroughly delicious, colourful salads and a mountain of skin on potato wedges. Completing the buffet was a selection of soft wraps, rolls and a whole variety of tasty sauces.

The guests and birthday girl thoroughly enjoyed their meal. There wasn’t much in the way of waste as Chef Roy quietly and discreetly tidied away from the event. It was a job well done.
