A Work Party Feast Of Pigs In Buns – Hog Roast Dalkey

Hog Roast Dalkey caterers always go the extra mile for our customers, whether for long-term ones we’ve known for many years or new ones we’re yet to meet. We cater all kinds of parties and events, both locally and further away, as we’re often asked by customers or other franchises to cook our delicious dishes in other parts of the country. With a traditional hog roast centrepiece, we can impress your guests with a taste sensation, let alone a sight for sore eyes and aromas that will make their mouths water, but that’s not all we can wow everyone with…

Hog Roast DalkeyWe’ve always ensured to provide plenty of choice and variety, as we know that not everyone wants to feast on a hog roast, whether because of personal taste or due to dietary restrictions or preferences. When you book Hog Roast Dalkey, you’ll see many menus that you can choose from, including hog roast, spit roast and barbecue options, standalone menus like our Loaded Fries or Southern Slow Roast and even lots of possibilities for you to create your own menu from scratch. With our wealth of handcrafted canapés, starters, sides and desserts, you can design your dream menu, whether you’re planning your wedding day, a small birthday party or a large corporate gig – or anything else that you can think of.

Sometimes, just a main is more than enough, however. Hog Roast Dalkey catered a work party recently, where we impressed many of the guests with our signature pigs in buns, which you may know as hog roast rolls. To create these tasty masterpieces, we first of all need to prepare the meat from scratch, directly at your venue, so it’s as fresh as can be. We only use local meat, sourced from trusted butchers and farmers, and on this day, our chef cooked a gorgeous beast for several hours, slowly but surely, until we had salty, crispy crackling on the outside, and soft and tender meat on the inside.

After a short rest (the meat, not our chef!) we put together piles of pigs of buns, topped with our homemade duo of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, and everyone feasted, with smiles on their faces.
