Many of our customers ask us for a Hog Roast Newlands hog roast to be served as hog roast rolls (which we lovingly call pigs in buns), which are fresh bread rolls and wraps, filled to the brim with tender meat, crispy crackling and homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Many instead ask for a meal consisting of meat, crackling, seasonal vegetables and potatoes, accompanied by trimmings of apple sauce, stuffing and our own onion gravy, and either way, our hog roasts are adored by our customers and their guests time and over again.
