When Hog Roast Ballisk were contacted by a local sales company to discuss corporate catering options, we were more than happy to begin planning an ideal menu for them. The company director contacted our catering manager to enquire about which menu would be ideal for a formal Christmas dinner served tableside. As well as the main course, they were also interested in booking a drinks service for after the meal, allowing the employees to toast to another great year together. The star of our Christmas menu is our whole-roasted turkeys, which are cooked to perfection to ensure they are full of natural juices and flavours.
