Finn had been putting in months of tireless effort, going above and beyond for his employers, and his dedication had finally paid off with a coveted promotion that not only brought a generous pay increase but also brought him one step closer to his dream position. Ciara was bursting with pride and determined to celebrate this monumental achievement in style. So, she invited 45 guests, a mix of friends and family, to their home last weekend.
The place was beautifully decorated with ‘congratulations’ banners and balloons, setting the perfect mood for the occasion. To make the celebration truly exceptional, Ciara had wisely chosen Hog Roast Kilmainham to present our Southern Slow Roast Menu to the eager crowd.
The moment Finn walked into the party, he was left speechless by Ciara’s thoughtful gesture. After months of relentless pressure, he finally had the opportunity to relax and unwind in the company of loved ones.
Our Southern Slow Roast Menu delighted guests with a selection of dishes, comprising Texan 24-hour beef brisket, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, fall-off-the-bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs, and a vegan option of pulled jackfruit steeped in hickory BBQ sauce and served on gluten-free rolls. The variety and quality of the food went down a storm with the guests, especially with the line up of tantalising extras, which consisted of mac and cheese, mixed fries, and potato salad, as well as a trio of flavourful sauces for those looking to experiment with their meals.
As the night progressed, and the party began to wind down, Hog Roast Kilmainham seamlessly cleared away the leftovers and plates, ensuring that Ciara and Finn didn’t have to worry about the daunting clean up.
