Regardless of the amount of food or the number of dishes that you enjoy with Hog Roast Dalkey, you’ll always be treated to a feast for all the senses, let alone for your taste buds. We’ve spent a very long time perfecting our menus to include much more than just our amazing hog roast centrepieces, so if you’re inviting anyone with dietary needs, or who would prefer to eat a different meat to one of our hog roasts, or even if you’d like us to help you create a menu featuring canapés, starters, sides or desserts, we’ve got you covered.
Our qualified and highly-experienced Hog Roast Dalkey chefs and catering assistants always go the extra mile for our customers, from the time that you first contact us to when we’re discreetly clearing away at the end of service. Whether you’re thinking of hosting a milestone birthday party, a celebration to welcome a new baby or a corporate event (or anything in-between, as our food is suitable for any occasion you might be organising), we’ll do you proud and your guests will be talking about it for a long time to come.
Hog Roast Dalkey is often asked to cater wedding meals and for a reception that we catered over the weekend, we provided some truly tasty options. A wedding planner worked with us to plan the menu well in advance, and for this casual affair, we were asked to make mains, sides and desserts, to suit both carnivores and vegetarians. We offer special menus like our Loaded Fries and Southern Slow Roast, the latter of which gives you three marinated meats and four sides (with a vegetarian main of veggie skewers and all the sides already suitable), and that’s exactly what this couple wanted served on their wedding day, in addition to puddings of profiteroles and lemon tart.
On Saturday morning, our team worked hard for several hours to create a feast for the bride and groom and their guests, with tasty pork butt, beef brisket, spicy lamb and skewers later served alongside corn on the cob, coleslaw, jacket potatoes and mac and cheese. The desserts went down just as well as the mains, and then we cleared away to leave everyone to dance off their full tummies.
