When our new customer Pam contacted Hog Roast Palmerstown with regards catering a party at her home, in her back garden, she was surprised to find out that we can actually cater with much more than our signature hog roasts. While our heaven-sent traditional hog roasts are a sight for sore eyes, smell amazing and taste divine, we know that our customers may need us to offer much more, and for Pam, who needed a vegetarian option as well as one for her carnivore guests, this was a great surprise.
Pam had a tough decision to make when it came to the meaty dish she wanted serving, and although she first thought about a hog or spit roast, she also thought about choosing one of our speciality menus, like our winter warmer, Southern Slow Roast or new loaded fries instead. We are happy to be very flexible, as we want you to love the food that we provide, so if one of our standalone menus isn’t the perfect choice for you, you may want us to help you devise your own menu from scratch instead and you can even mix and match dishes between our menus, choose a starter, main and dessert or even have us serve our handmade canapés.
Pam ended up selecting our pigs in buns for most of her guests and veggie skewers for the vegetarians, and on the day of her party, our Hog Roast Palmerstown chef and catering assistant cooked up a storm using fresh, local ingredients, and made sure that everyone had a tasty dish to enjoy.
