The Christmas meal took place in a beautiful function room local to the family, filled with decorated tables and plenty of room for the family to gather. Our Hog Roast Sandymount waiting staff laid the tables ready for the formal dinner, including crockery, cutlery, and folded napkins. For the catering, we began by preparing the turkeys, roasting them over open flames to ensure that the meat is succulent and delicious. Alongside the main dish, we also prepare a selection of charisma trimmings, including cauliflower cheese, seasonal vegetables, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, and homemade gravy. Overall, this created a delicious meal for the family to enjoy, including everything that is loved most about a Christmas dinner!
