To start 2022, Hog Roast Coolock was hired by a local pub to provide catering for the new year. The catering needed to be tasty and versatile, ensuring that it was a dish that would be appealing to as many customers as possible. Alongside the tasty catering, the pub would be serving their usual array of drinks, creating a wonderful evening of enjoyment for the customers. After dissing the menus that we can provide, it was decided that our classic hog roast was the ideal choice, alongside a vegetarian option.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Coolock team arrived in advance to provide catering for the occasion. We began by roasting the hog on site, ensuring that it cooked to perfection. One of the best parts of having a hog roast is seeing it cook right in front of your eyes, and enjoying the delicious smell that accompanies this. For meat-free guests, we provided delicious BBQ pulled jackfruit. The main dishes were served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and tasty chips. This created a delicious menu for the guests to enjoy and was a great way to start the year!
Our tasty catering kept the guests satisfied throughout the evening, leaving them to enjoy the cosy and relaxing pub environment.
