In order to freshly prepare everything at the venue on the day, we always arrive several hours before the event is due to start, and one of our experienced chefs will invest the time and patience required to ensure the meat is falling off the bone and brimming with flavour at your required service time. Whilst the chef is tending to the meat, the rest of our multi-skilled catering team will be working hard to expertly prepare every other aspect of your chosen menu, and no matter how many dishes we are preparing or how many people we are catering for, everything will be perfectly prepared, beautifully presented and ready to be served right on cue.

Even though we are best known for our unbeatable hog roasts, slow-roasted pork is far from all we offer. Our compact and adaptable cooking equipment allows us to prepare any type of meat with equally successful results, so if you would prefer an alternative to pork or a second meat option, you can indulge in some whole roasted organic chicken, succulent spring lamb or tender sirloin of beef, for example.
We are able to cater for a wide range of different dietary requirements and we offer tasty vegetarian and vegan alternatives across all of our menus, as well as being able to make any necessary adjustments to our dishes to cater for individual needs.
Our menus aren’t just varied when it comes to our ingredients- they also vary greatly in style, depending on your budget, personal tastes and the level of formality you require. For large outdoor events, our classic hog roast sandwiches served with crispy crackling and apple sauce are ideal, whereas if you are hosting a private party, you will be spoilt for choice with our buffet options, and for more formal events such as wedding receptions or corporate entertaining, we have an impressive selection of 3 course meals that include the option of an elegant canape welcome reception, courtesy of our own front of house team.
