Love is in the air at Hog Roast Strawberry Beds’s latest event. We were contacted by Suzie who wanted to make her boyfriend’s birthday extra special, with his love for Hog Roasts she knew that we were the team for her.
The guest list was getting larger by the minute once they found out that there was going to be a hog roast slowly cooking away ready for some amazing hog roast rolls to be made. They soon opted for 100 guests, so Hog Roast Strawberry Beds started making sure we had everything we needed to make Suzie’s boyfriends birthday one to remember. They added a drinks service on arrival so that guests were made to feel extra special and even some of our delicious desserts to end the night on.
The set up for the event was beautiful, Suzie had made their back garden into something out of a fairy-tale, with fairy lights strung along the fences, music playing in the background, lounging seats for everyone to relax on. Hog Roast Strawberry Beds were perfectly placed in the corner of the garden with fairy lights on our gazebo to fit into the aesthetic, once our tables were up, our food placed in their chafing dishes and plates, cutlery and sauces all laid out we were ready to serve arriving guests with a glass of prosecco.
At around 8pm guests started slowly coming up to our table to get a delicious plate of food, marvelling at the hog roast in all its glory. Many guests asked for our details as they wanted a similar hog roast at their next event. The hog roast went down amazingly, with guests all full and Suzie’s boyfriend in high spirits he made an announcement, he wanted to thank Suzie for all her hard work, thank our team for the fantastic food but most of all he wanted to propose to the love of his life. Of course Suzie said yes, we all cheered and the night was commenced with lots of dancing as the music turned up louder.
