This amazing Hog Roast Cabinteely menu gives you a variety of slow-roasted meats which are all marinated beforehand in our secret rubs, as well as several side dishes, fresh rolls and wraps and tasty sauces. You decide on the three meats and four sides that we’ll prepare fresh and serve on the day of your special occasion and your guests get to pick and choose what they want to eat from those choices, so it’s a great way to cater for varying personal tastes, and this menu also includes both a vegan and a vegetarian option if required and if you need any other diets catering, just let us know when you book.
First of all, you’ll need to select your trio of meats, from minted lamb, sticky pork ribs, spicy whole chickens, pork butt and beef brisket, and whichever you decide on, they’ll all be slow-cooked for hours until they’re as tender as can be and packed full of flavour. Either way, we’ll serve them with three yummy sauces, including a hickory bourbon BBQ sauce, a smokey sweet BBQ glaze and a seriously spicy Cajun hot pepper sauce that packs a punch. Then you can choose your four favourite sides – from gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, potato salad, a selection of seasonal vegetables, roasted baby new potatoes, a Greek salad, a seasonal green leaf salad and a mixture of sweet potato and traditional fries.
