Hog Roast Corduff often caters corporate events as well as private parties, and regardless of the type of special occasion that you might be organising, our dedicated professionals will serve up a treat. Our hard-working chefs and catering assistants always go the extra mile for our customers and their guests, and we’re proud of our mouthwatering hog roasts that we’ve spent many years perfecting. One of our traditional centerpiece hog roasts is the talk of the town for any kind of party, as it looks, smells and tastes divine, and that’s whether you’re thinking of having a plated meal with vegetables and potatoes or piles of our pigs in buns served.
Nevertheless, our Hog Roast Corduff experts can also provide so much more if needed. We can cook alternative meats, like a barbecue of burgers, sausages and ribs or our Southern Slow Roast Menu, which gives you three marinated meats and four sides to choose from. We also offer many alternative mains to cater for various diets, like vegetarian, vegan or plant-based, as well as plenty of possibilities of starters, desserts, sides and canapés. At this time of year, our winter warmer menu can warm the cockles of your guests, even if you’re dining outdoors, or we can even help you to create your own menu from scratch if that’s better for you. Whatever your needs, we’ve got you covered.
We recently catered for Mark’s 50th birthday party, where he wanted to indulge family, friends and work colleagues to our famous pigs in buns, but he was worried about needing a gluten-free option. When we let him know that our pigs in buns can easily be made suitable just by swapping to gluten-free bread rolls, he was sold, and booked us in there and then.
Our Hog Roast Corduff chef and catering assistant cooked a hog roast to die for to make a feast of pigs in buns on the day of Mark’s milestone birthday over the weekend, and by the end of service, he’d booked us in for his wedding anniversary party too, so we know he really enjoyed our food. The fact that the hog had been stripped clean by all of his forty guests also let us know they all loved it too!
