In addition to our stunning Hog Roast Donnybrook hog roast centrepieces, each made from a locally-sourced, free-range pig which cooks slowly but surely for hours on end until it results in soft and moist meat and crispy crackling, we also offer up all kinds of gorgeous alternatives, such as beef sirloin, a whole English lamb, free-range turkeys and chickens, as well as meat-free delights like vegan pulled jackfruit buns with side slaw and veggie skewers featuring halloumi and dips. As well as providing the flexibility to devise your very own menu, we have several standalones on offer, such as our Southern Slow Roast, Loaded Fries, Alfresco and Traditional Barbecue, and each of these is a lovely treat that you can adapt in certain ways in order to make it just right. So with our Southern Slow Roast, you decide on the entire menu itself – three main meats and three side dishes – while with our Loaded Fries, you select your favourite meat and slaw for us to serve alongside chips, cheese and jalapenos. For our Alfresco, which comprises antipasti platters, a hog roast with sides and two desserts, you choose the potatoes and puddings, and for our Traditional Barbecue, it’s up to you whether we serve traditional chips, sweet potato fries or some of both with your meat and sides.
