One of our long-term customers, Caleb, asked Hog Roast Cabra to provide a winter warmer for his event at a social club recently and our team cooked up a real feast with a fresh, local pig that we slowly roasted for more than five hours. With the addition of mushrooms, winter squash, courgette and spicy sweet potato wedges, Caleb wanted to wow his guests with something different, and together with our homemade trio of apple sauce, stuffing and onion gravy, as well as fresh bread rolls and plenty of sauces, we knew no one would go hungry.

By 5pm on this chilly autumn day, we were busy serving Caleb and his fifty guests plenty of lovely, hot food, and by the end of service, everything we had made from scratch had all been devoured with relish.
